Eligibility Criteria for above posts in GRSE Ltd. Recruitment Process:
(a) Chief General Manager (E-8):
Educational Qualification: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture.
Experience: Any of the following experience is required –
(i) 24 years‟ post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in senior position either singularly or collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship repair” / “Overseeing the construction / repair of Naval Ships or Submarines”.
(ii) Naval Officers of the rank of Commodore & above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard and Captain drawing Commodore Grade pay meeting the experience criteria may also be considered.
(iii) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of GM Grade (E-7).
(b) General Manager (E-7):
Educational Qualification: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture.
Experience: Any of the following experience is required –
(i) 22 years‟ post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in Senior position either singularly or collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship repair” / “Overseeing the construction / repair of Naval Ships or Submarines” etc.
(ii) Naval Officers of the rank of Commodore & above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard and Captain drawing Commodore Gradepay meeting the experience criteria may also be considered.
(iii) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of AGM Grade (E-6).
(c) Senior Manager (E-4) Technical:
Education Qualification: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks for UR/EWS & 55% for OBC in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture.
Experience: Any of the following mentioned experience is required –
(i) 11 years‟ post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing the construction of Naval Ships or Submarines” / Maintenance jobs on-board ships.
(ii) Experience in handling installation, commissioning of Electrical/Weapon systems / operating and maintaining gas turbines (preferably LM 2500) on board IN Ships will be an added advantage.
(iii) Experience in Naval Dockyards/ Trial Teams / Overseeing Teams
(iv) Candidates possessing Master Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture with 09 years‟ above experience mentioned above.
(v) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of Manager Grade (E-3).
(vi) Naval Officers of the rank Lieutenant Commanders and above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may also be considered.
(d) Senior Manager (E-4) HR:
Education Qualification: Full Time Graduate and 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare with First Class or 60 % Marks.
Experience:
(i) 11 years‟ post qualification experience in dealing with HR matters i.e. IR, Contract Labour Management, Welfare administration, Establishment, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, CSR etc.
(ii) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of Manager Grade (E-3).
(iii) Naval Officers of the rank Lieutenant Commanders and above or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may also be considered
(e) Deputy Manager (E-2):
Education Qualification: MBBS degree from any University recognized by Indian Medical council.
Experience:
(i) 05 years‟ post qualification experience and atleast 02 years‟ experience in Hospital/Nursing home. Private practitioners with above experience may also be considered.
(ii) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of Assistant Manager Grade (E-1).
(iii) Naval Officers of the rank of Sub-Lieutenant or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may be considered.
(f) Deputy Manager (E-2) on Fixed Term Contract:
Education Qualification: MBBS degree from any University recognized by Indian Medical council.
Experience:
(i) 05 years‟ post qualification experience and atleast 02 years‟ experience in Hospital/Nursing home. Private practitioners with above experience may also be considered.
(ii) Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years‟ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of Assistant Manager Grade (E-1).
(iii) Naval Officers of the rank of Sub-Lieutenant or equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria may be considered.
Selection Procedure for the above posts of GRSE Ltd. Recruitment Process:
The selection process for all the posts will be through interview only.
